Coolant & Lube

Grinding coolant for all profile grinders in 1-, 4-, and 55-gallon sizes, plus oil-based moulder bed lube by the gallon, 5-gallon container, or 55-gallon drum.

Mix the coolant at roughly 35:1 and hold the ratio with a refractometer — it improves finish, slows wheel loading, and prevents rust. The bed lube carries oxidation, rust, and foam inhibitors, applies by injection, brush, or spray, and leaves only a minimal film so lumber moves without resistance.
