Door Edge Bevel Cutter — 45°, Mini-Pro (3/4″ Bore)

Cuts a 45° bevel along a door edge or panel edge — the steepest angle Freeborn publishes, and the one most shops reach for on a chamfered door. Freeborn builds each angle as a pair in opposite hands, so this cutter and MC-57-028 both cut 45° but present the bevel from opposite sides; pick the one that suits your feed direction and which face of the door carries the detail. Carries 1″ wide tips. The four published angles are 15° (035/036), 22.5° (030/031), 30° (025/026) and 45° (027/028) — for any other angle, or a wider bevel than these, Freeborn quotes custom from their cutter department.
