Door Edge Detail Top Cutter — Profile 114, 3/4″–7/8″ Material, Mini-Pro (3/4″ Bore)

Cuts the top half of a door edge detail for the 32mm hinge system in 3/4″ to 7/8″ material. Profile 114 is Freeborn’s own reference for the shape — the drawing is the specification, and Freeborn shows the wood samples actual size for exactly that reason. Any top cutter nests and runs with any bottom cutter in the range, so choose the top for the look and the bottom for where the hinge hole is bored. The part number covers the top cutter only. Manufactured with 15° shear for optimum cuts with and across the grain; counterclockwise, wood fed face up. Mini-Pro: 3 wing, 3/4″ bore, 2-1/16″ minor diameter — the major varies with depth of cut, so Freeborn publishes none. Opposite rotation adds 20% to list; custom profiles quoted same day. Pro-Line equivalent: PC-17-114 (3-1/16″ minor).
