Door Edge Bevel Cutter — 45°, Pro-Line (1-1/4″ Bore)

Cuts a 45° bevel along a door edge or panel edge — the steepest angle Freeborn publishes, and the one most shops reach for on a chamfered door. Freeborn builds each angle as a pair in opposite hands, so this cutter and FB-DE-PL-028 both cut 45° but present the bevel from opposite sides; pick the one that suits your feed direction and which face of the door carries the detail. Carries 1″ wide tips. If you need a wider bevel face, the XL version (FB-DE-PL-027-XL) carries 1-3/4″ tips. The four published angles are 15° (035/036), 22.5° (030/031), 30° (025/026) and 45° (027/028) — for any other angle Freeborn quotes custom. Pro-Line: 3 wing, 1-1/4″ bore, in carbide or T-Alloy. The Mini-Pro equivalent is MC-57-027 on a 3/4″ bore.
