Half-Round Convex Cutter — 3/8″ Radius, 3/4″ Width, Pro-Line (1-1/4″ Bore)

Cuts a 3/8″ radius flute — a half-round hollow — into the face or edge of a workpiece, for reeded columns, fluted pilasters, decorative panel work and finger-pull details. The mating half is the half-round concave cutter (P-24-006), which forms the corresponding bullnose; run the pair to make a rounded tongue that seats in a matching hollow. Radius and width move together as the geometry requires: this cutter’s 3/8″ radius spans a 3/4″ width, taking nominal 3/4″ stock to a full half-round. Runs counterclockwise. The Pro-Line body carries a 1-1/4″ bore at 4″ diameter on three wings, in carbide or T-Alloy — carbide for general production, T-Alloy where abrasive stock or long runs justify the premium. The Mini-Pro equivalent is MC-63-006 on a 3/4″ bore at 2-15/16″.
