Half-Round Convex Cutter — 1/2″ Radius, 1″ Width, Pro-Line (1-1/4″ Bore)

Cuts a 1/2″ radius flute — a half-round hollow — into the face or edge of a workpiece, for reeded columns, fluted pilasters, decorative panel work and finger-pull details. The mating half is the half-round concave cutter (P-24-008), which forms the corresponding bullnose; run the pair to make a rounded tongue that seats in a matching hollow. Radius and width move together as the geometry requires: this cutter’s 1/2″ radius spans a full 1″ width, taking nominal 1″ stock to a complete half-round in a single pass — the largest in the convex range. Runs counterclockwise. The Pro-Line body carries a 1-1/4″ bore at 4″ diameter on three wings, in carbide or T-Alloy. The Mini-Pro equivalent is MC-63-008 on a 3/4″ bore at 2-15/16″.
