The MH447D is a 4-13/16 in. OD, 7 in. cut length, 1-1/2 in. bore, 4-pocket dual-angle corrugated back moulder head with 12°/20° hook. Dual-angle pockets let one head run knives at either 12° or 20° hook — the lower angle for dense or figured hardwoods, the higher for softwoods and faster feed rates — without changing heads between jobs. The 7 in. knife seat carries full-height architectural moulding profiles, and the 4-13/16 in. OD maintains peripheral speed and chip clearance at 7 in. CEL. Matched knife sets and balance verification are required before operating at production speed. The 1-1/2 in. bore fits heavy North American production moulder spindles. Knives sold separately.
