Change planer, jointer, or moulder knives in the time it takes to loosen the gib bolts. Dispozablade’s German-made disposable insert is triple ground and finely honed on both edges, so a dull edge means a flip — not a trip to the sharpening room — and a spent knife recycles instead of being reground into a weakened edge. Every insert is the same dimension from cutting edge to holder bottom, so knives drop and lock at the correct height with no setting jigs, jack screws, or gauges.

Select the length that matches your machine’s knife pocket — stocked here from 150mm to 760mm, including the 563.5mm size — in two steels: HSS for everyday hard and soft woods, or Kobalt for abrasive and exotic stock. Both fit the same Self-Set and Posi-Set holders, so you can match the steel to the job at hand. One insert system, every machine in the shop, and the sharpening bill disappears.
