Standards that fit
Standard bore is 1-1/4", with bushings for smaller spindles (see Accessories) and a boring charge for larger. Carbide tips are the call for plywood, chipboard, and glue-bonded or abrasive materials. Where rotation and face orientation matter — panel raisers, stile & rail — specify when ordering.
Sets, singles & power
Complete door sets down to single profile and groove cutters; stile & rail sets run 4" diameter × 1-1/4" bore, 3-wing, with bearing AC113 for pattern shaping. Wide window-sash sets want a minimum of 5 HP.
