Fit the stack
Most Schmidt cutters run a standard 1-1/4" bore — bushings and T-bushings adapt them to smaller spindles, and ground spacers and shims set cutter height and spacing in the stack. For bores larger than standard, our boring service is quoted on request.
Pattern shaping & upkeep
Ball-bearing rub collars and bearings guide template and pattern work — the catalog lists the matching bearing for each cutter family. Honing cones, moulder bed lube, and Space Balls cover the day-to-day.
