Reducer bushings in the common bore-to-spindle combinations — 1-1/4" OD to 1-1/8", 1", or 3/4" ID, and 1" OD to 3/4" ID — so 1-1/4"-bore tooling runs concentrically on smaller spindles.
Custom steel bushings are machined individually up to 4" OD; where the tool should locate against a shoulder, use a flanged T-bushing. For spindles larger than a tool's bore, Schmidt's boring service opens the bore instead.
