Coping Discs

Weight-relieved coping discs in 7", 8", and 9" diameters on a 1-1/4" bore, four- or six-knife, for the cope side of door and frame production. All carry a 25° cutting angle for a cleaner cut.

Discs are 3/4" thick with 60° corrugations, taking the same corrugated-back knife steel as your heads; two used together with a spacer produce tenons. Custom discs built to your machine’s specifications.
