Corrugated Cutter Heads

Two- and four-knife corrugated heads for shapers and small moulders, from the Junior Line for 3/4" and 1" spindles up to 4"-diameter heads for 1-1/4" spindles. Junior heads run the same 1/4" and 5/16" corrugated steel as the larger line, so one knife inventory serves both.

The 1-1/4" heads take 1/4", 5/16", 3/8", or 10mm steel with a 1-1/2" maximum depth of cut on 3/8" steel, in 20° or dual-angle 12°/20° versions — 20° for softer woods and all-round cutting, 12° for harder woods. Fill empty pockets with filler steel when running two knives in a four-knife head; pin holes for XL and 645 moulders are an added charge.
