Cabinet Door Insert Cutters

Insert stile-and-rail cutters for cabinet door production — two alloy-steel bodies run any of six standard profiles without backer plates, every insert ground to the same centerline for fast changeovers. A dedicated shaker set covers square-shoulder doors with or without eased edges.

Bodies are 4-1/2" diameter with 1-1/4" bore and three wings; the 30mm-wide inserts span 3/4" to 1" material, and the cope cutter carries a 25° cutting angle for a clean shoulder. Cutters run counterclockwise with the wood face down. Custom profiles and diameters quoted on request.
