Dedicated Profile Insert Cutters

Dedicated insert heads for shops running one profile in volume — the C4 carbide insert seats in a fully profiled body with no backer plates, so indexing to a fresh edge changes nothing in the setup.

Three-wing bodies come in standard bores of 30mm, 1-1/4", 1-1/2", 40mm, 1-13/16", and 2-1/8"; additional wings or hydro bores for higher running speeds are quoted on request. Depending on the width and depth of the profile, multiple cutting edges fit on a single insert.
