Rebating & Grooving Inserts

Rebating and grooving heads built around industry-standard carbide inserts — the cutting diameter stays constant through every insert change, and spurs keep shoulders clean even across the grain. A standing choice for moulder side heads in S4S work.

Rebating heads are stocked in 85mm, 100mm, and 125mm diameters on 1-1/4" bores; adjustable groovers span 4mm to 24mm cuts with spacer fine-adjustment, and 1"-wide grooving and rabbeting heads in 4", 6", and 8" diameters run in either rotation. Replacement inserts, spurs, and screws are stocked.
