2-1/2” OD x 1-1/4” Bore Ball Bearing Rub Collar — 5/8” Thick

The AC111 is a ball bearing rub collar — 2-1/2-inch outer diameter, 1-1/4-inch bore, 5/8-inch thick — for 1-1/4-inch bore shaper spindles. The 5/8-inch body thickness (thicker than the standard 7/16-inch collars in this series) provides greater bearing surface area and enhanced stability in applications requiring precise, consistent depth control. Note: the AC111 is also the replacement ball bearing for the Schmidt Innovator QC602 II quick-change cutterhead. The QC602 II uses the AC111 as its rub reference at 6-inch OD — when the cutterhead bearing wears, the AC111 is the correct replacement. For smaller OD in the 1-1/4-inch bore series, see AC110.
