4-3/8” OD x 1-1/4” Bore Ball Bearing Rub Collar — Weight Relieved

The AC118 is a ball bearing rub collar — 4-3/8-inch outer diameter, 1-1/4-inch bore, weight-relieved design — one of the largest OD collars in the Schmidt 1-1/4-inch bore rub collar range. The weight-relieved construction reduces the collar’s rotating mass at this large diameter, limiting centrifugal force and heat generation during sustained production runs. Used with the widest-diameter Pro-Line cutter stacks — oversized raised panel profiles, wide moulding runs, and large-profile architectural work where the cutter radius is proportionally large and the guide collar must match that reach.
