Window Sash Cutter Set — 7-Piece, S-Alloy, 7″ × 1-1/4″ Bore (3-Wing)

A seven-piece stellite-alloy (S-Alloy) tipped window sash cutter set for producing traditional double-hung window sash in solid wood — 7″ diameter, 1-1/4″ bore, three wings. The set machines the full complement of sash profiles: the outside and inside member cross-sections with their glazing rabbets and stops, together with the joint profiles that assemble the frame. S-Alloy tipping holds an edge through the long production runs and fine-grained hardwoods typical of premium sash work. The insert-tooling version is WC230IN (special order); WC231 is the same set with a 3/8″ sticking option.
