Schmidt Brick Moulding Profile Knife — WM180

The Schmidt WM180 is a finished M2 high-speed steel brick moulding profile knife ground to 2-1/2″ H × 1-1/2″ W × 5/16″ thick. Brick moulding is the exterior door and window casing that bridges the gap between the window or door frame and the adjacent brick, stucco, or siding surface. The WM180 profile produces this wide-field casing at 2-1/2 inches height and 1-1/2 inches width — a working size suited to standard residential and light commercial exterior framing applications. Both the WM175 and WM180 profiles in this series are 2-1/2″ H × 1-1/2″ W × 5/16″ thick; verify the specific profile geometry from the Schmidt catalog to select the correct knife for the required casing detail. Available in Corrugated 60° back for 60° corrugated moulder heads and Williams & Hussey back format for W&H equipment.
