ER16 Collet Wrench

The Schmidt TE04613 is a tightening wrench for ER16 collet nuts. ER collet wrenches engage the flat or spanner holes on the collet nut and provide the leverage needed to properly torque the nut to specification — ensuring the collet is fully seated and gripping the tool shank without over-tightening. Use with the corresponding ER16 collet nut. Proper torque prevents tool pull-out during routing and maintains collet geometry for repeated reuse. Use the correct size wrench for the installed collet nut; mismatched wrenches damage the nut and reduce effective torque.
