ER32 Precision Collet — 13/32″

The Schmidt TE042321332 is a precision ER32 collet for 13/32-inch shank router bits and CNC tooling. ER-style collets clamp tool shanks through radial compression as the collet nut draws the collet into the taper bore of the tool holder. Each collet accepts a small range of shank diameters — not just the nominal listed size — with the spring-steel collet wall flexing to grip shanks within the collet’s acceptance range. Accepts shanks in the range .367 – .406″. This ER32 collet fits the ER32 collet chuck. ER32 is one of the most commonly used ER sizes in full-sized CNC router spindles; CGG stocks ER32 collets from 3/32″ through 3/4″. Precision-ground to close runout tolerances for accurate, repeatable tool clamping. Replace collets that show wear, deformation, or loss of spring tension; a worn collet increases tool runout and reduces surface quality and tool life.
