Extended Corner Round — 1/4″ Radius, Pro-Line (1-1/4″ Bore)

Cuts a 1/4″ radius on furniture components, millwork and architectural trim in material up to 1-1/4″ thick — a working radius for table edges, cabinet rails and handled components where the corner needs to feel eased rather than merely broken. The extended corner round is a distinct Freeborn series from the standard corner rounding cutter, catalogued and priced separately, and it runs counterclockwise with the wood fed face down. The Pro-Line body carries a 1-1/4″ bore at 4″ diameter with three wings, available in carbide or T-Alloy — carbide for general production, T-Alloy where abrasive stock or long runs between sharpenings justify the premium. The Mini-Pro equivalent is MC-73-004 on a 3/4″ bore. Freeborn indexes this series by radius rather than profile shape, so the trailing SKU number is the radius: 002 is 1/8″, 004 is 1/4″, 006 is 3/8″ and 008 is 1/2″.
