Extended Corner Round — 1/8″ Radius, Pro-Line (1-1/4″ Bore)

Softens the arris on furniture components, millwork and architectural trim where a light 1/8″ radius is wanted on material up to 1-1/4″ thick. The extended corner round is a distinct Freeborn series from the standard corner rounding cutter, catalogued separately and priced separately, and it runs counterclockwise with the wood fed face down. Built on the Pro-Line body at 4″ diameter with a 1-1/4″ bore and three wings, it takes either a carbide or a T-Alloy tip — carbide for general hardwood and softwood production, T-Alloy where abrasive stock or longer runs between sharpenings justify the premium. The Mini-Pro equivalent is MC-73-002 on a 3/4″ bore. Because Freeborn indexes this series by radius rather than by profile shape, the trailing number in the SKU is the radius itself: 002 is 1/8″, 004 is 1/4″, 006 is 3/8″ and 008 is 1/2″. Match the radius to the detail you need and the series to your spindle.
