Runs a 1/8″ bead along an edge for cabinet doors, face frames, panelling and trim — the size most shops reach for first, proportioned to read cleanly on 3/4″ stock. The profile is a quirk bead: a flat, then a small step (the quirk), then the bead itself, so the bead reads as a distinct raised element rather than a soft rounding. Fence-guided, counterclockwise. The range is sold by radius, and the sizes interleave: 040 is 1/16″, 044 is 3/32″, 041 is 1/8″, 045 is 5/32″, 042 is 3/16″, 046 is 7/32″ and 043 is 1/4″ — so pick by the radius you want, not by the SKU order. Mini-Pro: 3 wing, 2-15/16″ diameter, 3/4″ bore, carbide. The Pro-Line equivalent is PC-17-041 on a 1-1/4″ bore at 4″.
