Double Easing Cutter — 1/2″ Width, 1/8″ Radius, One-Piece, Pro-Line (1-1/4″ Bore)

Eases both edges of a workpiece in a single pass, cutting a 1/8″ radius on each side of 1/2″ wide stock — the quick way to finish slats, spindles, stops, and light trim where two separate rounding passes would double the handling. The one-piece body is fixed to this width: unlike the four-piece expandable double-easing set, which spaces two cutters with shims to suit 3/4″ through 1-1/2″ material, this cutter does one width and does it in one setup. Across this one-piece range the trailing SKU number is the WIDTH — 006 is 3/8″, 008 is 1/2″, 012 is 3/4″, 016 is 1″, 020 is 1-1/4″ and 024 is 1-1/2″ — while the radius stays at 1/8″ throughout. Pro-Line body: 1-1/4″ bore, 4″ diameter, three wings, counter-clockwise, in carbide or T-Alloy. Custom rub bearings are available for these cutters. The Mini-Pro equivalent is MC-71-008 on a 3/4″ bore at 2-15/16″.
