Reversible Glue-Joint Cutter — Pro-Line (1-1/4″ Bore)

The FB-GJ-PL-001 is the Pro-Line reversible glue-joint cutter from Freeborn for 1-1/4″ bore spindles — machines the same interlocking roundover edge profile as the Mini-Pro MC-58-001, but in a 1-1/4″ bore body for heavier-duty production machines. At 2-15/16″ OD, this Pro-Line cutter runs at the same diameter as its Mini-Pro counterpart — substantially smaller than the typical 4″ Pro-Line OD because the glue-joint geometry is compact by nature, requiring only enough cutting circle to produce the interlocking profile depth. One cutter handles both mating board faces: cut one edge, flip the workpiece to cut the opposing half without a second head or setup change. The interlocking profile increases glue surface area over a plain butt joint and provides self-registering mechanical alignment that keeps boards flat across the joint during clamping, reducing flush-sanding time in panel and tabletop production. 1-1/4″ bore, 2-15/16″ OD, 3-wing, CCW.
