The FB-LM-PL-025 cuts a lock-mitre corner joint — a 45° mitre combined with an interlocking tongue-and-groove that self-aligns during glue-up and adds strength, so corners hold registration without complex fixturing. It is a two-piece double tongue-and-groove lock-mitre set, for 3/4″–1″ material. Profile 025 sizes the joint for a specific material thickness; match the profile number to Freeborn’s lock-mitre chart for the exact range.
