The FB-DLF-PL-001 is the Pro-Line matched drop-leaf rule-joint cutter set for Freeborn’s 1-1/4″ bore spindle. The rule joint is a mating cove-and-roundover profile machined on the tabletop and the leaf — the matched profiles allow the leaf to swing on its hinges without binding or gapping at the joint. Matched (both cove and roundover heads included and sized to the same geometry) ensures the joint closes cleanly; mismatched radii produce a gap or a binding transition at the pivot point. At 4″ OD, this Pro-Line set runs on heavier-duty machines handling thicker or wider drop-leaf stock. Suited to solid hardwood dining tables, Pembroke tables, gate-leg tables, and console tables with drop leaves. 1-1/4″ bore, 4″ OD, 3-wing, CCW.
