Raised Panel Cutter — Profile 101, Pro-Line (1-1/4″ Bore)

Raises the center field of a cabinet door panel cut from 1/2″ stock to the profile 101 edge — one of three Pro-Line-only profiles in Freeborn’s 1/2″-material raised panel range. The 15° shear angle slices cross-grain cleanly for a tear-free shoulder, and the cutter runs counter-clockwise with the stock fed face up. Each one takes a 1-3/8″ reveal plus a 3/8″ long tongue, so the finished panel drops straight into a matching cope & pattern frame. The exact edge shape is carried by Freeborn’s profile 101 reference drawing rather than a shape name — match it to the drawing for the detail you want. Pro-Line only: 3 wing, 1-1/4″ bore, 6-1/2″ diameter, carbide or T-Alloy, running on an AP-90-048 rub bearing. Adding an opposite-rotation cutter lets you raise both faces in a single pass; those are made to order.
