Glass Panel Groover Set (2-Piece) — 5/8″ Deep, Pro-Line (1-1/4″ Bore)

Converts a double-sided cope & pattern set to take a glass panel instead of a wood one. The set is two 2″ groovers — nothing else; you run them with the profile cutters you already own, and the 2″ groover height allows a total material height of 2-1/2″. Cuts 5/8″ deep, which is the depth that suits DS C&P profiles 020, 021, 030, 050, 070, 080, 090 and 500. For profiles 010, 011, 022, 040, 041 and 060 the 1/2″ deep set (P-12-011) is the match instead — profile 500 works with either. The trailing SKU number is that depth, not a profile reference. Pro-Line: 3 wing, 4″ diameter, 1-1/4″ bore, in carbide or T-Alloy, running with the same 2-3/4″ rub bearing (AP-90-044) as the cope & pattern set it joins. The Mini-Pro equivalent is MC-52-021.
