Schmidt Hand Rail Profile Knife — H100R

The Schmidt H100R is a finished M2 high-speed steel handrail profile knife ground to 2-7/8″ H × 2-1/8″ W × 5/16″ thick. The “R” suffix indicates this knife cuts the right-side pass of the H100 handrail profile — one element of the matched left/right/top set that produces the complete handrail cross-section. Handrail knives at 2-7/8″ × 2-1/8″ are sized for standard interior and exterior stair handrails, used in residential staircase construction, deck railing systems, and architectural millwork. Available in Corrugated 60° back for 60° corrugated moulder heads and Williams & Hussey back format for W&H machines. Use with the matching H100 knife set for the left/right side passes and the H100T top knife to complete the handrail profile. M2 HSS maintains profile geometry through production runs on oak, poplar, pine, and other handrail stock.
