Multiprofile Router Head — 2-1/4″ Dia × 60mm Cutting Width, 3/4″ Shank

The IRM60 is the widest multiprofile router head in the series — 2-1/4 in. diameter with a 60mm cutting width and a solid 3/4 in. shank for routing operations. It runs the same 3/8 in. profile backerplates and replaceable carbide inserts as Schmidt’s multiprofile cutter heads, so a router table can produce the full range of multiprofile mouldings. Swap the backer to change profiles; index or replace the carbide insert when dull, with no regrinding. The 60mm cutting width handles wide mouldings and full-height edge profiles in a single pass. Order the profile backers and inserts separately.
