6 in. Dual-Profile Panel Raising Cutter Body for IC213 and IC21338 Inserts

The IC213B is a 6 in. diameter panel raising cutter body for shapers with 1-1/4 in. bore, accepting IC213 and IC21338 solid carbide inserts for dual-profile raised panel production. The IC213B is the third panel raising body series in the Schmidt IC insert line — complementing IC210B and IC211B for shops building doors across multiple panel profile styles. Dual-profile capability reduces head inventory and changeover time in production: two profiles are available from one body without replacing the full cutter assembly. At 6 in. diameter and 1-1/4 in. bore, the IC213B is sized for standard production shapers and provides the radius geometry needed for a full raised panel profile in a single shaper pass. The IC213B body does not accept IC210 or IC211 series inserts — each body series uses geometry-specific insert seats. IC213 and IC21338 inserts and IC210SR insert screws are ordered separately. Confirm spindle speed is within safe limits for 6 in. panel raising heads.
