Steff 2044 Power Feeder — 4-Roller, 1 HP, Three Phase 230V

The Steff 2044 three-phase is the highest-capacity version of the Steff feeder platform — combining 1 HP three-phase power with a 4-roller contact arrangement for production-grade feeding on wide panels, shaped stock, and high-volume ripping and moulding operations. Four rollers grip the workpiece at maximum contact, reducing slippage and chatter on wide boards and panels that challenge a 3-roller unit. Three-phase power provides smooth, sustained torque ideal for industrial facilities running shapers, moulder heads, or tablesaw lines continuously through a production shift. Four speed settings (12, 26, 36, and 72 FPM) allow operators to dial in feed rate precisely for the operation — deep panel raising passes require slow, controlled feed; straight ripping on softwood runs efficiently at the higher speeds.
