The MH4482 is a 4-13/16 in. OD, 8 in. cut length, 1-1/2 in. bore, 2-pocket corrugated back moulder head with 15° hook. The 8 in. knife seat places this head into industrial territory — at 8 in. CEL, the profiles covered include the tallest architectural panels, wide-bed door stile profiles, oversized crown assemblies, and built-up millwork elements that require full-height coverage in a single spindle pass on heavy industrial wide-bed production moulders. The 4-13/16 in. OD provides chip clearance but at 8 in. CEL, knife projection relative to OD is extreme — operating speed, knife grinding, weight matching, and balance verification are critical safety requirements before running this head. The 15° hook angle keeps surface quality high on demanding hardwood profiles. The 1-1/2 in. bore suits heavy industrial spindles.
