Schmidt Standard Moulder Head, Straight Bore — 6 in. × 6 in., 4-Knife

The corrugated-back knives in this standard moulder head seat on a straight-bore body for straightforward mounting on moulder and shaper spindles. Six inches (150mm) in diameter with a 6 in. cutting length, it carries 4 knives at a 15° cutting angle over 16–60° corrugations for running profile and surfacing stock in softwood and hardwood. The straight bore and corrugated seats keep knife setting quick and repeatable from run to run. Specify 1-13/16″ or 2-1/8″ bore to match your spindle when ordering.
