Williams & Hussey Knife Bar — 25″

Knife bar stock cut for Williams & Hussey moulder heads: 25-inch bars, 1/4″ thick, in the three widths W&H machines run — 2″, 2-1/4″, and 2-1/2″. Cut to knife length and grind to your moulding profile in the shop; one bar makes a matched knife set for the profile at hand.

Two steel grades: M2 molybdenum HSS for general moulding work, or XLW HP where abrasive stock and long runs demand more wear life. Each width and grade comes with a plain back or with 60° corrugations for corrugated-back W&H heads — corrugated bars interlock with the head for positive knife retention.
