The QC200SLCC is a 3-piece Schure-Lock carbide panel raising knife set for the Schmidt Innovator cutterhead — Profile 0, 5/8-inch panel stock, counter-clockwise rotation. Schure-Lock carbide delivers longer edge life in hardwood compared to the corrugated back HSS alternative (QC200CC), making it appropriate for production shops running high volumes of raised panels in oak, maple, cherry, and similar hardwoods. The 5/8-inch panel series is calibrated for thinner stock than the 3/4-inch QC100 series. Profile 0 is one of six Innovator profiles — contact Schmidt for the profile chart.
