Template Material

Template stock in .050" blue tempered steel and plastic, cut to 3" × 24" and 4" × 24" blanks — sized for template machines and easily formed by hand.

For profiles you would rather not scribe in-house, we machine custom plastic templates from 3/16" acrylic to your drawing, wood sample, or DXF file; aluminum and steel templates quoted on request.
