Fixed-profile dedicated heads and tongue-and-groove flooring systems in replaceable carbide, for patterns that run in volume — the insert seats in a fully profiled body with no backer plates, so long runs in dense and engineered stock hold pattern without adjustment.

Dedicated three-wing bodies come in standard bores of 30mm, 1-1/4", 1-1/2", 40mm, 1-13/16", and 2-1/8", with extra wings or hydro bores quoted for higher speeds. The reversible flooring system puts four cutting edges on each insert for runs up to 100,000 ft on a set; single-sided and micro-bevel profiles are stocked, and HSK-mount flooring heads balanced to G2.5 at 12,000 RPM cover newer moulders.
