137mm x 240mm x 1-13/16” Bore Surfacing & Relieving Head, 3-Wing 6-Row

The ID5024013 is a surfacing and relieving head — 137mm outer diameter, 240mm body width, 1-13/16 in. bore — built in a 3-wing, 6-row configuration of standard 15mm square carbide inserts for high-coverage surfacing on planers and moulders, plus two dovetail slots 180° apart for adjustable relieving cutters. The 15mm square inserts index to four fresh cutting edges each (edges numbered for setup) and are stocked as INKS415 (screws INKS415S). Relieving holders and cutters — ID50001 single or ID50002 double with ID50010 carbide relieving inserts — are ordered separately. Machined from aircraft-quality aluminum; also available in steel. The 1-13/16 in. bore mounts on larger production moulder and planer spindles. Custom sizes quoted on request.
