4” x 1-1/4” Bore 3-Wing Carbide Tongue & Groove Set

The WC200 is a carbide-tipped 3-wing tongue and groove cutter set — 4-inch diameter, 1-1/4-inch bore — for shaper production of tongue-and-groove joinery in solid wood. Tongue and groove (T&G) joint pairs are used across a wide range of woodworking applications: edge-glued solid wood panel construction, solid wood flooring and wainscot profiles, and furniture back panels. The shaper-run T&G joint produces a more precise and consistent profile than table saw or router bit methods at production volumes. The 3-wing configuration on a 4-inch diameter body provides an efficient chip load at standard shaper RPM on 1-1/4-inch spindles.
