4” x 1-1/4” Bore Carbide 3-Wing Stile & Rail Set — 3/8” Bead, Eased Edge

The WC216EEC cuts the cope and stick for frame-and-panel doors in the 3/8″ bead profile with eased edges — the same joint as the WC216C set, with the sharp arrises of the bead softened to a slight radius that reads as a finished furniture detail and holds finish better on the profile line. A 2-piece, 3-wing carbide-tipped set at 4″ diameter and 1-1/4″ bore, it machines the matching stile (stick) and rail (cope) members so the panel groove, profile, and joint shoulders line up in one setup per member. Carbide tipping holds the bead’s fine detail through abrasive stock and production runs.
