5-1/2” x 30mm x 1-13/16” Bore Insert Flooring Cutter — Groove, 3-Wing

The ID553G is the 1-13/16-inch bore version of the 3-wing insert flooring groove cutter — for production flooring equipment with a 1-13/16-inch spindle bore, a format used on certain Diehl and compatible moulder platforms. The 1-13/16-inch bore is less common than 1-1/4-inch or 1-1/2-inch and is specific to particular machine models; ID553G covers these machines with the same 5-1/2-inch OD, 30mm wide cutting geometry as the rest of the 55X flooring series. Insert-style carbide allows in-field insert rotation and replacement for maximum uptime on flooring production lines. Runs paired with ID553T (1-13/16-inch bore tongue cutter) for a complete flooring profile.
