5-1/2” x 30mm x 1-1/4” Bore Insert Flooring Cutter — Groove, 3-Wing

The ID550G is a 3-wing insert-style flooring cutter for the groove side of hardwood flooring tongue-and-groove production — 5-1/2-inch OD, 30mm wide, and 1-1/4-inch bore for standard shaper and moulder spindles. Insert-style flooring cutters use replaceable carbide inserts held in a precision-ground steel body: when inserts dull, they rotate to a fresh edge or are replaced, eliminating the downtime and cost of resharpening the full cutter body. The 5-1/2-inch diameter and 30mm width are sized for production flooring output in the profile dimensions standard for North American 3/4-inch flooring stock.
