6-Piece Carbide Stile & Rail Set for 1-3/8″ Doors — Ovolo Pattern

The WC222C is a 6-piece carbide-tipped stile and rail cutter set for producing door frames in 1-3/8-inch thick door stock — 3-wing, 1-1/4-inch bore. The 6-piece system includes the full complement of cutters needed for a complete cope-and-stick door frame: sticking profile, cope, and groove cutters for the stile and rail joint. 1-3/8-inch is the standard thickness for interior passage doors and cabinet doors, making WC222C the correct set for shops producing interior door packages at this dimension.
