Window Sash Cutter Set — 7-Piece with 3/8″ Sticking, S-Alloy, 7″ × 1-1/4″ Bore (3-Wing)

A seven-piece stellite-alloy (S-Alloy) tipped window sash cutter set configured with a 3/8″ sticking width, for producing traditional double-hung window sash in solid wood — 7″ diameter, 1-1/4″ bore, three wings. The set machines the full complement of sash profiles — the outside and inside member cross-sections with their glazing rabbets and stops, and the joint profiles that assemble the frame — with the narrower 3/8″ sticking face. S-Alloy tipping holds an edge through long production runs in fine-grained hardwoods. The insert-tooling version is WC231IN (special order); WC230 is the standard-sticking set.
