Innovator Panel Raising Knives — Profile 0, 5/8” Panel, Counter-Clockwise, Corrugated Back

The QC200CC is a 3-piece corrugated back HSS panel raising knife set for the Schmidt Innovator quick-change cutterhead — Profile 0, sized for 5/8-inch thick raised panel stock, counter-clockwise spindle rotation. The 5/8-inch panel series (QC200-205) mirrors the 3/4-inch series (QC100-105) in profile shapes but is calibrated for thinner panel stock: 5/8-inch panels are used in lightweight cabinet door construction, secondary doors, and furniture panel work where reducing stock thickness is desirable. The profile 0 shape is the same across both panel thicknesses in Schmidt’s Innovator numbering system — the knife geometry is adjusted for the thinner stock rather than a different profile shape.
