Flooring Insert Cutter Set — Profile 500, 30mm Tips

The FB-FL-500 is the second flooring profile in Freeborn’s FL insert cutter series — a 2-piece set for cutting the tongue-and-groove profile on solid wood flooring boards with a different T&G geometry from profile 030. Verify profile 500 against Freeborn’s flooring profile specifications or your flooring product drawings when choosing between the two options; the profiles differ in tongue width, groove position, or T&G proportions and are not interchangeable. The 2-piece configuration includes both tongue and groove heads, covering the complete T&G operation in one set. Replaceable 30mm carbide or T-Alloy insert tips extend cutter life in high-volume flooring production without requiring head replacement. 1-1/4″ bore, 3-1/2″ minor diameter, 3-wing CCW, handles material up to 1″ thick. The FB-FL-030 is the alternate flooring profile set for shops needing the other T&G geometry.
